    While I agree with the fact that fats are not bad, and in fact can be very good for you, there are some aspects of the article that have glaring issues, one of which is that there are no studies cited. Also, the statement "When your full cells reject the extra glucose, blood sugar rises producing more insulin and the glucose converts to stored fat." is making a huge leap that your glycogen levels are completely topped up, which is unlikely. The process of converting carbs into fat, de novo lipogenesis, is not easy to achieve, and pretty impossible when controlling calories.

    The biggest thing people can do to help heart disease is to be a healthy weight and to be active.
