LOL This little bunny isn't promoting anything but good health. She has lost over 100 pounds with 50 of that doing all the wrong damaging things to her body. It's about standing up for what you have passion for. I have helped thousands and that I will not apologize for. Wishing you a happy & successful day!

    LOLOLOL

How about your prior 5 spam posts where your were trying to flog BodybyVi??

Oh, and I would ask for my money back from wherever you got your nutrition certificate.

I look at the individual client and base it upon that.

There are numerous types of fat. Your body makes its own fat from taking in excess calories. Some fats are found in foods from plants and animals and are known as dietary fat. Dietary fat is one of the three macronutrients, along with protein and carbohydrates, that provide energy for your body. Fat is essential to your health because it supports a number of your body's functions. Some vitamins, for instance, must have fat to dissolve and nourish your body.

But there is a dark side to fat. The concern with some types of dietary fat (and their cousin cholesterol) is that they are thought to play a role in cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. Dietary fat also may have a role in other diseases, including obesity and cancer.

Chicken eggs are high in cholesterol, and a diet high in cholesterol can contribute to high blood cholesterol levels. However, how much the cholesterol in your diet can increase your blood cholesterol varies from person to person. Although eating too many eggs can increase your cholesterol, eating four egg yolks or fewer on a weekly basis hasn't been found to increase your risk of heart disease.

When deciding whether to include eggs in your diet, consider the recommended daily limits on cholesterol in your food:

When I started out here I had very high levels of LDL...I eat two eggs per day plus other stuff that has all kinds of dietary cholesterol...on average I get about 600 mg per day I'd say and now my HDL is up, up, up and my LDL is down, down, down and all of my bad blood work has been completely reversed and is completely normal now. I was on 6 different meds and now down to one....think I'll keep eating my eggs.

Isn't it funny how when presented with facts, the OP has disappeared off of the face of the Earth, when she was so willing to defend her baseless claims prior?

I didn't know nutritionists were still so enamoured of the cholesterol myth and dietary fat. I increased my fat consumption AND saturated fat tremendously over the 15 months. Based on results, my PCP and endocrinologist are THRILLED. My lipid panel is MUCH improved. My latest bloodwork was done in August.

Your Total Cholesterol of 161 is DESIRABLE (started at 207)
Your LDL of 89 is OPTIMAL ( started at 136)
Your HDL of 53 is NORMAL (started at 37)
Your Triglyceride level of 95 is NORMAL (started at 169)
Your Total Cholesterol/HDL ratio is: 3.04 - (preferably under 5.0, ideally under 3.5) IDEAL
Your HDL/LDL ratio is: 0.596 - (preferably over 0.3, ideally over 0.4) IDEAL
    Your triglycerides/HDL ratio is: 1.792 - (preferably under 4, ideally under 2)

My blood glucose is now in the normal range - last 2 A1c's were 5.2 (started at 7.3)

Double whammy...fried egg omelette, that's two fried eggs inside of an omelette. I outdid myself on this particular one. Not worried about...well....anything. Current blood work is better than ever, and these omelettes are weekend staples.

Yep - with diabetes, it's truly a must. Hashimotos and celiac make it an even easier choice

That's what I thought. Glad your seeing a big improvement, and I suspect your losing weight more efficiently as well.
