I am a 52 year old women and I am tired of looking "Fluffy" as my daughter puts it. I started my weight loss journey back in 2012 when I reached my highest weight of 190. I am only 5'2! I managed to drop my weight to 174 . I joined mfp on April 26th and have managed to lose 4 lbs to date.... Just need motivation and support to keep going. ...
