How many calories should I eat doing Insanity?

Okay so I've been doing insanity for 2 weeks and I've gotten no results. The scale moved up a pound(that may be due to pms) and my measurements are the same. I'm wondering if my calories are set right for the amount of activity I'm doing. Currently I'm eating 1500 a day and exercise cals which are usually about 400. I'm 5'2 154 lbs. I'm looking to tone up and lose 15 to 20 pounds. Is 1500 calories enough or should I follow the Harris Benedict formula which will have me eating 2550 calories a day. That seems like a lot.? If I follow MFP setting I'll be eating only 1200 calories a day and that's not enough I'm far too hungry eating that. What are your suggestions?
