what to do next?

so I have opened up told everyone I used to have a eating disorder.

But now I have been trying really hard all week to be healthy see dairy
I have been doing 30ds and I am day 3 I have been losing weight slowly but my stomach seems to have bloated loads for the last 3 weeks I have been drinking loads of water to stop myself from snacking could this be it?

what can I do to control the bloating I normal have a flatish stomach so I am finding this hard to come to terms with
I am a hourglass shape so I know I will always be curvy but I would like to be more toned.
I cant seem to get pass 150lbs so maybe that is my ideal weight which I will be happy to stay at I just need to tone?

any at home ideas?
