HeavyWeight Yoga...any suggestions?

I am considering buying Heavyweight Yoga on DVD.

It has great reviews on Amazon. But, since I can't find a preview online, I wanted to see if anyone on MFP has had success with this DVD before I shell out $20 for it. I've never done any yoga before so I'm looking for something geared towards beginners.

Also: Can anyone recommend any other yoga DVDs or Youtube links for bigger bodies?

I do not have this DVD, but wen to the link because I found it interesting.

This one appears to be just an improved version of the first, not a completely new routine.
