New Here, Hi Everyone!

Yet another attempt at joining a program and community in an attempt to get in shape. I did weight watchers for a while, then forgot. Tried Lose It! for a while. Then forgot. No promise that the same won't happen here, but the fact that I'm posting in the forum means that things are already different. I never did that with the other programs. I'm super shy, fight with depression every day, have a hard time making friends, and tend to start something and then wander off. I am determined to make changes this time so I can wear my size 14 jeans again.

I work full time in web applications development (sitting at a desk all day) and I'm an artist on my own time (sitting at a craft desk all night). I try to find time and energy between to do some workouts but most of the time I just want to sleep. I don't eat too much unhealthy food, but I have a severe sugar addiction that I often lose control of. That is my biggest downfall.
