Give me some sugar

I just wanted to share my experience with sugar addiction. I've struggled with my weight my entire life and tried every diet under the sun. Have had a lot of success, but always ended up back at square one. I elimintated caffiene, added regular exercise, and ate sensibly, but still had the sugar crashes. I recently did a sugar detox and I can't stress how important this was to someone like me. I used to be the person who couldn't walk past a candy dish without wanting some. I sat half the day yesterday with a cupcake on my desk and never did want it! I never want to go back to letting sugar control my life. Real food tastes so good and I have no desire for that crap. I actually had to spit a marshmallow out the other day- used to snack on them mindlessly. I hope this can help anyone else like me.

Sounds like you have reached a place in your life where you are in control -- not food or sugar.
Good for you!! Be proud of yourself because that is an accomplishment!0
