Juicers/ logging calories

Hi All! I recently purchased a juicer and have been making juices from raw vegetables. I'm worried about how to log them though. You obviously lose some calories, and fiber from the whole vegetable, but if I try to track by just the juice (for example carrot juice) I come up with the pre made package juices. Any suggestions? I'm sure it does not make a HUGE difference, but I'm trying to be as accurate as possible. Thanks!
