Ok so I'm going to admit I gained about 5 pounds in 2 weeks! That's pretty quick. It was due to stress and stuff so I wasn't eating well. Well now looking at my stomach, I feel motivated. Lol. But my question is since I gained this weight really quick, can it come off really quick too, that is if I start eating right + excercising?
Thank you.
Thank you.

For me, the first 10 or 20 lbs usually comes off pretty easily. Its the weight thats been there a while that's harder for me to lose.0

I recently gained about 4 pounds while I was on holiday, but it's come off in just under a week - as soon as I'd returned to my normal eating and water consumption - so I'd say that in some cases it IS easier to get rid of quick gains. But I also think a good deal of quick gains tends to be water retention - from eating higher sodium foods, etc.0
