Higher calorie, lower fat foods

So my doctor put me on a new medicine after plateauing for the past 4 months. (Yes I tried changing my diet for a while, changing work out, ect.) But I have no appetite and am having trouble even breaking 1K calories per day. And when I'm doing 2 walks a day with 2 dogs (about 45 minutes all together) plus a walking resistance workout you can imagine I'm at a deficit. I'd like to know if anyone has suggestions for healthy, higher calorie, low fat foods. Thanks all!
