Any Spinners Out There?

I like taking spin classes because of the cardio, but I'm curious to see if there are any success stories with weight loss and spin class? If there are I'd love to see your progress!! Please note I'm only referring to spin class indoors and not outside.

Hey! I'm a spin addict! I'm starrting my weightloss journey again but originally from December until end of January this year, I did spin 4 times a week with strength training 2 days a week and was able to lose 18 lbs in 6 weeks. I ate healthy as well, and supplemented with an isopure shake after spin.
I'm starting up again now and going back to my routine. So far so good!0 -

I teach Spin and I lost about 100 lbs in 9 months.
I did TOO MANY spin classes (7 days per week...)
I have pared it down to signficantly due to overuse injuries.
Spin is an awesome way to build endurance, stamina and some great leg muscles lol!
Spinning, cross- training, strength training and yoga/pilates/strechging will keep you from getting bored and injured.

I love spinning! My friend lost 3 stone from healthy eating and doing Spin classes 3 - 4 times a week!0

I lost forty pounds mostly spinning and diet change. Unfortunately I then had my twins and that stalled my activity (survival mode!) but I highly recommend it. It was so much fun!!!!0

yey! I discovered I liked spinning last summer and started back up this past March. I'm combining it with other cardio classes and eating healthy and i've lost some weight but have a long way to go! hope you all don't mind i plan to add you!0
