I was at 1400. Moved it to 1600. I can't figure out where I should be. I get a TDEE of 2046-2118. I am about 5'3" 138 pretty muscular and do body pump 2 days a week (along with cardio those days) and just cardio 2-3 days a week.

I set mine to 1,200 and have lost 30 lbs. It's different for everyone. It all depends on how active you are, and your BMR. Go to this website to get an idea http://www.muscleandstrength.com/tools/bmr-and-daily-calorie-calculator.html0

I am 48 years old, 5'4", and 134 lbs. I am almost at goal, and am eating 1800 to 2000 calories. I am also fairly active, like you. With a TDEE between 2000 and 2100, you would probably be good at 1700 to 1800 calories. You may want to move up slowly, so 1600 is a good start.0

I was at 1450, then once I hit my plateau for two weeks (realized that late much?! haha), I upped it to 1500. Thursday is my weekly weigh-in day and with the help of HIIT, I lost one pound this last week, and a half inch in a few places too.0

I'm 5'3 and weighed in this morning at 168.5. I still have a long way to go, I'd like to be around 130-125. I tried eating at 1200 calories at first but just couldn't do it and bumped it up to 1450.0

Agreed. With only a few to lose, I'd suggest a 200-250 daily deficit. I'm losing with a 600 calorie deficit, but I have a lot more to lose than you do.0 -
I only have about 5-10 pounds left to get to my goal and I am going with TDEE-20% which is around 1800, a lot more than I was eating when I had more to lose. I'm 5'4", 148, and run 3-4x/week, cycle, and lift 2-3x/week. Hope that helps!0

The closer you are to goal the smaller your deficit should be. 5 or 10 % less than TDEE at the most.0
