What's going on my fitness family? I am giving this "losing weight thing another try! This time I have a little coaching hlep. My nephew is home from college and is willing to take on the job of working with me. I am going to stick to the plan because the plan works, you know what I mean? My nephew says the tread mill for the next 2 weeks. Ahhhhhhhh.

    You can do it and sounds like your help is working with you!! Don't forget to drink xtra water. It helps to track the food you eat. I found my hot "sweet" drinks are my biggest calorie items so don't forget to add the juices, tea, coffee, etc. If you are bitting or sipping you should be writting them down. Congrats for trying again~~hang in there!

    Welcome. I must say good for you, you're taking your first step to getting healthier. I know it doesn't sound good at first but you will find that it isn't so bad once you get into the grove of things. This site is great and the folks here are the best.

    Thank you for your support! Wow you guys are great! I just need to be consistant. Looking forward to reaching any type of weight loss. I hope to hear from you again.

    Being consistant is not always easy but the rewards are sooo much better, lol. I struggle with it myself in more then just my diet.
