Is it bad to eat the same things everyday??

I usually switch it up for breakfast and dinner but for lunch, every weekday is the same; PB&J sandwich (I know, I'm a kid right?) with an apple and a granola bar. But could eating that everyday be bad or slow down my metabolism?

I think if you're shaking up breakfast and dinner, you should be fine. I tend to cycle through foods, eating sorta the same thing for a week or so at the same time.0

I personally haven't had any issue with this.
I don't eat the same meal every day but a lot of the same ingredients (avocados, eggs, ezekiel breads, chicken, turkey, fish, shrimp).
I call them my staples that I buy every week and just add different sides to them like rice, veggies, beans.

Well, I tend to eat a lot of the same things...but I also go on this weird ruts where I only like eating certain things. Then I switch it up. Currently, loving peanut butter crackers... As long as what you're eating is nutritious and fitting into your daily goals I don't see the problem. Add a multivitamin for good measure though!0
