Full marathon training ?

I will be starting to train for my 3rd marathon soon. During my last training, I was not watching what I was eating. I was always very hungry. I maintained my weight then which was around 127 (I am 5'3"). Quickly after training though I shot up about 3-4 lbs and that is what motivated me to join MFP.

So, as I start to train this time, I want to do it right. I would like to maintain my new weight which is around 122. I am just not sure if I should keep my calories intake where it is at or if I will need to adjust. Right now my food calories is set at 1,500. I don't generally eat back my exercise calories during the week but I do sometimes. I tend to eat back my exercise calories when I indulge a little more on the weekends, especially after a long run.

So, if you are training for a full marathon, what is your plan for eating back calories? Do you increase your food calories during your training since you are running so much? I want to have enough energy to be prepared for all the miles, but I would love to not gain the weight that I lost.
