    Good for you choosing to make a step for you. Just remember to take it day by day. Plan ahead so you can combat cravings and those little things life throws at you. Make a list of small goals you have this week, only one or two though.Keep that list visible as a reminder and so you can mark them off at the end of the week :) This will help you see what you accomplished.
    Make a calendar with exercise dates where you can fit in something, it doesn't have to be elaborate just a time you are going to dedicate to you.
    If you feel like you are gonna give up, take a deep breath, look at what you want to change at that moment and choose to change it. Don't ever give up, even if you slip up on a goal that you had, just get back on and do it. Only YOU will stop YOU from reaching your goal. :)
