I make my menu every weekend of what i will eat each day of the coming week. The menu includes my estimated calorie burn even though i won't get to the workout until the end of the day... So what if something comes up and i have to skip that workout, (i.e. i fall asleep while tyring to get my 3 year old to go to sleep) but i have already eaten most (if not all) of the calories :( anyone experience this? :sad:
