Hellraiser Training; 12 week weights program - start 20/05

After several half-arsed, on-and-off attempts at getting back into shape, I've decided to start getting serious about my fitness. I'm still in decent shape (still doing my cardio) but strength training has been neglected for far too long. Next Monday (20/05/13), I'll be starting a 12 week weight training program as found here:
