Hi anyone and everyone,
My name is Danielle and I am new to MFP. I am in desperate need of support. I am at my heaviest and I am so unconfortable and worried about my health. My doctor said that if I do not change, I will need to be put on medication.
I am determined to have an active healthier lifestyle not just for myself but for my husband and 6 children.
I am hoping to get support and friends on MFP to give me motivation, hope and advice.
PLEASE ADD ME !!!
