been sticking to ww, sw and calorie counting 100% combined with brisk walking and 20 mins on cross trainer
my doctor says im not losing because have stress and anxiety - something to do with cortisol
desperately want to lose some weight for wedding im going to beginning of august, would Cpl weekly sessions with personal trainer at my local gym help - was thinking doing weights and toning excercises would this kick start my metabolism or sort out the cortisol problem - I understand exercise can help with stress

Joining a gym and weekly sessions with a trainer (I do the workouts he trains me on, on my own a couple more times during the week between our appointments) was the best thing I ever did. I have lost substantially more weight than I was ever able to before, including a couple of stints on WW. Good luck!0

I'd say yes, just because I feel lifting and cardio releases a lot of stress....BUT...your doctor might have a better answer for you0
