Hi, can anyone give me their feedback on shakology , I'm in week 5 of INsanity and have actually gained 3/4ils, extremely disappointed . I only want to lose 7-10ls it might as well be 100ls. It's going nowhere. I heard SHakologhy could be used as meal replacement also. Has anyone tried it or has anyone advice for me. Ps no change in measurements either.
