Errr... Soooo if I eat 1000 calories but burn 600 calories per workout. I'm ok and I'll lose weight?(SARCASM) Really?
I did that ^ for a month and didn't get anywhere, lost 0 pounds. Then I started eating 1800 calories and lost 2 pounds instantly almost. So obviously I'm think what he is saying is not true or healthy.
I feel like THIS (Tony's) approach is wrong and unhealthy and gets women (like me) into thinking I can't eat if I'm not losing weight.
What are your thoughts on this?

You gotta fuel muscle to burn fat.
I'm not watching any youtube video to tell me otherwise. Sounds like starving to me.0 -
you need to fuel your body. Most women need to eat 1200 just to function for the day. If you do not eat enough food to fuel your body..it will hold on to every little morsel...resulting in ZERO weight loss.
I suggest this link..put your numbers in..as well as your activity level. Eat at that level....and no need to eat back exercise calories cause its already configured.

BTW...a month may not be enough time to determine of something is working. ...its all dependent on the amount of weight you need to lose...the closer to goal weight..the harder it is...
Good Luck0 -
You were not eating enough! Your body went into starvation mode and held onto the fat. Keep within the guidelines on MFP and you should lose weight. Your body needs fuel to be healthy!0
