I have been using MFP for a few weeks now, and I only have 1 friend
I like to run and do some strength training. I also want to do some rock climbing, soon hopefully. I have run in a few 5k races, but I would like to eventually run a marathon or at least a half. I try to eat well, but that is definitely my weak point. I don't need to lose weight, but my iron is usually low and I would just like to feel better. Good luck to everyone. You can friend me. I am also a runner, but have only been running a couple of years. I have run some 5k's and a some 10k's and 2 half marathons. I am not fast, but still get the job done! I need to add strength training into my routine so any suggestions would be great! Welcome!0
