Is it SOOO bad to have a Justin's dark chocolate vegan peanut butter cup after my healthy lunch of wholewheat flax tortilla with mushroom melange, super greens, vegan cheese and herbs and an hour and a half of ballet and a forty five minute hike? It's just I tend to feel so guilty
I am able to just eat one which is 100 calories
Is it best to just eat it, let go of the guilt or try to resist?

Dark chocolate is good for you. So is peanut butter. No guilt. Sounds like you've got the self control part down & only ate one - enjoy it! Heck, if it fits in my daily goal (and sometimes even when it doesn't!) I enjoy treats - that's just life. :bigsmile:0

i eat dessert every night. 50 grams of coconut based vegan ice cream, and generally a chocolate (i aim for approximately 150-200 cals for dessert). i build this allowance into my diet, and eat healthy throughout the day. losing weight.
anyway, i need to hunt down your vegan peanut butter cups....0
