Dark chocolate peanut butter cup!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it SOOO bad to have a Justin's dark chocolate vegan peanut butter cup after my healthy lunch of wholewheat flax tortilla with mushroom melange, super greens, vegan cheese and herbs and an hour and a half of ballet and a forty five minute hike? It's just I tend to feel so guilty :(
I am able to just eat one which is 100 calories ;)

Is it best to just eat it, let go of the guilt or try to resist?

    eat it exercise stay under caleries
    well i have 100 cal packs and eat 2 most times

    Dark chocolate is good for you. So is peanut butter. No guilt. Sounds like you've got the self control part down & only ate one - enjoy it! Heck, if it fits in my daily goal (and sometimes even when it doesn't!) I enjoy treats - that's just life. :bigsmile:

    i eat dessert every night. 50 grams of coconut based vegan ice cream, and generally a chocolate (i aim for approximately 150-200 cals for dessert). i build this allowance into my diet, and eat healthy throughout the day. losing weight.

    anyway, i need to hunt down your vegan peanut butter cups....
