Ok... been slacking the past week... going to continue through this weekend and get back on track on Tuesday

What would I have done differently? fewer drinks over this long week-end (Memorial Day, Graduation, Son's B-day out to dinner) Too many occasions!

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - Taking a break- pulled a glut muscle TRYING to water ski. :frown: Still am recovering from some kind of piriformis/sciatic pain that I have been dealing with since Jan. Going to the chiro soon to find the best program for recovery!0 -
