Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had fun

What would I have done differently? Nothing...

What is today's personal goals? Didn't set any....

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 0/7 days of exercise

Ok... been slacking the past week... going to continue through this weekend and get back on track on Tuesday

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I didn't set one. I've been slacking the past few days.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? took my son camping for the first time :)

    What would I have done differently? kept track of my food consumption

    What are today's personal goals? exercise, eat right

    What would I have done differently? Nothing... back on track today!!!

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and elliptical (done... 60 minutes)

    Okay... June 1st... had my fun over the weekend... time to get back on track!!!!!

    What are today's personal goals? exercise, eat right, stay within my calorie range (went over my calories by 146)

    What would I have done differently? Nothing

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and elliptical

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? step class - only ate 1/5th of my lunch when I didn't like it

    What would I have done differently? less for dinner

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Really didn't pay attention :embarassed:

    What would I have done differently? fewer drinks over this long week-end (Memorial Day, Graduation, Son's B-day out to dinner) Too many occasions!

    What is today's personal goals? back to MFP!

    exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - Taking a break- pulled a glut muscle TRYING to water ski. :frown: Still am recovering from some kind of piriformis/sciatic pain that I have been dealing with since Jan. Going to the chiro soon to find the best program for recovery!
