I've recently started eating 2000 calories one day and then 1200 calories the next day and just keep alternating that pattern. My matience calories are 1800. I'm really active. Can alternating heavy calorie day and low calorie day result in weight loss? Any expeirnce? (I recently lost 4 pounds but I'm not sure if its from this?)
