The most common symptom is a feeling of dizziness, particularly when you stand up from sitting or squatting. I get this on occasions, particularly after giving blood. Apart from being a bit of a pain it's not particularly dangerous and is much more preferable than high blood pressure!
The only danger, with regards to exercising, is if your blood pressure gets so low you faint.

I have orthostatic hypotension... I usually get dizzy when I stand quickly and stuff. If you just sit up and stand slowly this should help ...

Just be careful when standing so that you won't faint! I've had that happen before and it's the fall that hurts you, not the low blood pressure itself!

you have to put fluid into the container so the pump can deliver it throughout your entire body.

Fainting is the fastest way your body will get blood to the head, because once your flat on the ground, it doesn't have to work against gravity to deliver oxygen to the brain...

Limit your natural detox/diuretc foods. Asparagus and caffeine being the main two that we dieters may find ourselves consuming. Also, alcohol, but I hope that isn't the issue.

If your limiting your sodium intake, this too could hinder proper hydration/fluid levels cardiovascularly. Salt is an integral part of nutrition because it helps the body retain water...
