I love "Escape your Shape" by Edward Jackowski. I saw the book in a 2nd hand store and thought, what the heck, it is only a few dollars. It turned out to be the best thing I've ever read to motivate me to get back into shape after having been sick for the past 5 or more years.

Thank you, can you give any tips from it until I buy the book?

The book I recommend is a guide to self tayloring a workout routine for your particular situation and body type. Many exercise plans have a "one size fits all" approach (like Julian Micheals) and anyone who lies outside a specific subset winds discouraged by poor results or injured. Therefore, I can't give any 'tips" that would help you because they will be different for each individual. Sorry.
