I've noticed dairy has a lot of calories, should I cut it?....maybe limit to eating a few days a week?

Dairy is a good source of healthy fats and other great stuff for your body. Better to use it in moderation. Or go for a walk to earn the extra 100 calories. Should only take about 15 minutes.0

I don't know what you mean, cheese may be the only dairy full of lot of calories, also cream and some other dairy-products full of sugar and fat.
What about cottage cheese and yogurt?0 -
I eat Greek yogurt almost daily, and drink chocolate milk after workouts several times a week. Good protein, lots of potassium - good stuff!0
