:happy: I am hoping to be a flight attendant and wanting to loose some weight to be inside the requirement. I have never tried a restricted calorie diet, so this should be interesting. I would love to have some "friends" for support and motivation.:happy:

    Hey Whiteleg! I would love to be your "friend"! A restricted cal diet can be tough, but way worth in the long run. You don't look like you have too much to lose... that's a good thing. Remember to keep realistic goals.

    Why is your user name Whiteleg? There seems like there should be a fun story somewhere in that name.

    This is the first calorie restricted diet ive ever been on and it is the easiest I have been on.
