5' 7.25"...want to weight 125-130lbs. How can I get there?

Hi everyone I need some support. I am 5' 7.25" and currently weigh 145lbs. Over the summer I weighed around 138-140 so I gained 5 lbs when I was trying to lose about 10lbs. I ran a marathon last year which I thought would help me lose weight but I ended up gaining a few lbs. I would not mind so much if it was just muscle but I know it is fat. I started Insanity about two months ago and thought I would lose at least 5 lbs but I basically stayed about the same weight. I started a bootcamp express class around the same time as well thinking it would give me an extra boost but no such luck. The biggest upset was this past weekend. One of my cousins asked me how many months...I am not pregnant:( I do not even have a belly but he said I had gained some weight so he just assumed. So I am really bummed and trying to figure out how I can lose 10-15 lbs by the end of the summer. My biggest vice is sweets. I used to eat ice cream every night but restricted it to mainly to the weekends. Has anyone ever worked with a RD? Also, does anyone have any workout tips? Should I just do weight training vs cardio? I did seem to get results from P90x a couple of years ago but I was also younger (I am 34 in case that matters). I am just down and hate my body right now.

    I'm same height and age, started at 145, got down to 131 with just cardio, realized I was skinnyfat, upped my calories from 1200 to 1900 and started doing NROL4W, weight went back up but inches and clothes size went down, I look way better now. I recommend lifting to end up looking how you probably are wanting to.

    Hi Emtabo01. I was fairly lean even though weight wise there was not much difference. I plan on starting P90x again next month because I will be done with insanity by then. I went with cardio because I used to slim down when training for longer races but I hurt my knee from the last marathon so I have not been running lately and as I said I gained weight.
