Help needed on Pre-workout meal and Calorie Goal

Hi there! I need guidance and help on two questions:

1. I generally workout in the morning. I eat 5-6 soaked almonds and 1 glass of Herbalife afresh (its more like light black coffee). I workout for close to 60-70mins. Is this enough or do I need to eat anything else prior to workout?

2. In MFP as per my TDEE etc, I had set my calorie goal as 1650 cals per day. During my last weigh in, MFP suggested to revisit my goals and change the calorie intake limit. Do I need to do that? Its more than 3-4 months with my calorie limit of 1650. I have lost more than 5-6 kgs. Do I need to reset my cals limit?

Any help and guidance is appreciated.. Thanks

It doesn't matter if you eat before or after your workout.......do what feels good.

Yes, as you lose weight, your calorie needs decrease, so yes, revisit those numbers.
