Measuring Net Carbs

Hello,
I'm on a low-carb diet so trying to limit the daily carbs intake and was wondering if you can help.
When calculating net carbs we just take the amount of fibre of the total carbs of a product and get net amount however some products have more fibre than carbs and I'm a bit confused as how to calculate this ? Negative carbs? A bit odd
Thanks

Hi
Basically, as I understand it, the problem is because MFP is a US site and in the US fiber has to be deducted from carbs to give net carbs. However in the UK and EU generally the carbs shown are generally already net carbs and fibre grams are additional.
This is frustrating for users on both sides of the Atlantic as you will see if you search the boards on the subject!0
