I'm really worried

HW: 154lb
CW: 142lb
GW: 123lb
Current body fat %: 31%
Goal body fat % : 25%
Height: 5ft 3"

I'm really worried, I'm at a real stand still I think.

I eat healthy (not really strict) and I admit I've not exercised a lot recently but I've been so tired and stressed. I'll get back on this tho.

Anyway, eating healthy and small amount of exercise is what I was doing when I lost a stone.. I'm worried that my families genetics is a cause of it, I've never been one to believe that this could be the matter but I'm unusure.

My sisters are all bigger than me and I really hope there's something I can do to get my weight loss moving again.

Also, another question:

On my stomach it looks like cellulite, kind of. What is this and can I make it better?

*don't leave snotty/mean comments cos there's no need, meaniesssssss*

I think my super slow weight loss has something to do with my mirena coil, I am SO good with eating healthy and fitness, but doesn't show on the scale at all, I'm tempted to have a check up with the doctor just to see if there is anything medically wrong with me! :/ My brother for example has shed like 3 stone in the last few months, doesn't really do that much fitness, just eats in moderation and he never goes without snacks and chocolate, and the weight has just fallen off him!!!

It's definately trial and error, you need to see what works for your body. What works for one may not work for another. It's hard but we will ALL get there. We need to stay positive for ourselves and each other  :smooched:

Tracking your food more exactly might help; you might be eating too much (or too little) of that 'healthy food'
