How do I get rid of saggy skin??

Ok....so I gained a ton of weight with both of my pregnancies (like 50 lbs). Yes! I was one of the people that said the heck with it and ate what I wanted when I wanted during my pregnancies. I lost all but 10 of those pounds in the first 3 months after giving birth (both times). I had coliky kids so there was no sleep and when I did get a chance to sleep I picked that over taking the time to eat. So I lost the weight quickly but also lost the muscle tone. I did keep my walking going through out both pregnancies and now I do alot of lunges and squats and other leg exercises and I also still walk alot. I am back down to a weight where I am looking pretty good in clothes again but I would love to wear shorts and my saggy sloppy legs won't let me. I can physically feel the muscles building in them from the exercises but will the saggy loose skin ever go away? :sad: :mad:
