So i feel like rambling on a little...

My week has been so ****ty! Arguing with family members, no support from them what so ever! i feel like im doing this alone.
Most of my close friends are at uni so i dont have anyone really close to talk to right now.
My job is pissing me off, finding new work is so difficult.
i just feel like eating a big cheese burger with chips! - im not going to because that isnt going to help anything!!
Ive done really well with my diet and exercises this week considering im feeling down.

Anybody have any tips to lift the mood?

do something that will boost your pride. build something, make something, go skydiving, plant a tree, run further than you've ran before. something that make you go 'hell yeah, i did that!' usually works for me when i'm feeling down

Try taking a yoga class, it helps clear the mind and soothe the soul.

Agreed. You are in control of you.

Remove yourself from the negative and do something positive. GIRL...go have some fun.

You have to be loosing weight for you, not others. If you don't get any support, then you are surrounding yourself with the wrong people. Because you are the one attempting to loose weight you are constantly thinking about it....others aren't, so it's hard for them to always remember that you are struggling, or might be having a bad day. It's okay to have bad days. The thing that you have to remember is if you do happen to eat poorly for the day, then you just pick up where you left off the following day. Don't allow yourself 4 days of horrible eating, because of one bad day.

    Best of Luck to you!
