Just a few words of advice

Just a few words of advice. Everyone who has mfp has something in common & that could be to lose weight, getting into better shape or fit into those old clothes. The good thing about mfp is you can surround yourself with people with similar goals. A great way to find out is fill out your "About YOU" boxes on your profile, track everything you eat and track your exercises. This way if you are not losing that weight, getting ripped or fitting into those clothes then maybe between yourself and friends on here, we can figure it out and tweak your intake or exercises.
