Well, with my weight loss (8kg down, 11 to go), exercise and just feeling good about myself, I joined back into team sports today - netball during work lunch hour..

I lasted all of two and a half minutes before I dislocated my shoulder in a rather innocuous play (but a great intercept!).

So finishing the 30DS (I'd reached Level 3, Day 5), and doing weights is out for a while.. Do I just focus on cardio, keep eating at 1200, or move to a maintain approach while I doing physio until I can get into things again (well, no more netball  )

Interested to hear what has worked for others... Thanks...

I've tended to find that if I naff up one part of my body, the best thing to do is focus on the other half! That's what I do following long runs, if my knees are killing me, I focus on upper body. So why not go for a jog or a bike ride? :)

All the best for a swift recovery!

Thanks  .. Will see how I go with those ideas in a week or so when I have my arm out of the sling.
