Weight Loss Decreasing!

Hello everyone,
So I been using MFP for 4 weeks and have lost 11lbs quite quickly by cutting calories down to 1200 and increasing my exercise. I started feeling great and really positive that I can continue to lose the weight that I needed. However, I seem to have stopped loosing anything and it is making me feel like cr*p.....is this normal???

There's lots online about this, basically your body reduces it's metabolism due to lack of calories, so it doesn't burn the same, plus it's harder to lose weight when there is less to lose.
But you've lost 11lbs really fast, don't think of it as a race but do it as a general lifestyle change.0
