    This! I too have been getting a little dicourged but your success story has really inspired me! Thanks for sharing! Did you follow MFP recommendations or something else?

    I followed what MFP said for the most part. :) I didn't eat back exercise calories, and I started off on a strict 1200 calorie diet. That lasted about 2 weeks before I upped it to around 1500. I'm eating now anywhere from between 1200-1500 a day, depending, and exercising about 300-900 calories burned, depending on my day and how much time i have.
