PVC's and losing weight

Anyone experience PVC's once they started losing weight? I started dieting in January and started feeling them in Feb. and continue to have them up until now. I have done the GP and cardiologist route and they both tell me not to worry about them and they are benign. I only get about 1 or 2 a day.

It sucks to think that I felt great when I was 250lbs and now that I lost weight I now have a heart issue. I have tried Magnesium supplements and they seemed to help, but I don't care to take them for the rest of my life, yet alone the long term effects. I do take a Centrum Heart multi and fish oil also.

Anyone found a way to make these go away while dieting?

Magnesium citrate 400 mg daily. It's good for you!
    No coffee or caffeinated beverages.

Yea I kicked the caffeine several weeks ago, but even when I did drink it was only one cup of coffee a day. I have used Magnesium Citrate between 250mg and 800mg since March and it seems to help but they are still present.

My job is pretty stress-less and at home I do what I want when I want lol.

I get PVCs and have for years, but they seem to be decreasing as I lose weight. What really sets them off for me is alcohol and sodium. If I drink a glass of wine or go out for Chinese or Pho I can pretty much plan on having PVC episodes for the rest of the day. I kicked caffeine a few years ago so that's not an issue anymore.
