What is your Favorite Family Friendly low Cal Meal? I am thinking of Dinner Ideas for the week..

    Spaghetti with meat sauce (I have to blend veggies into the sauce for my extremely picky husband)
    Salmon baked with teriyaki sauce, couscous and broccolli
    Lettuce wrap chicken or fish tacos (my husband uses the flour wraps, I'll use the lettuce)
    Turkey meatloaf muffins
