So I have a hard time for lunch?? I don't do pre packaged foods at all, I do eat a lot of salads which I don't mind but I run out of protein sources cause I don't eat processed meat at all?? Any ideas! What do you eat for lunch??

I bake a week's worth of chicken on Sunday's and separate out some for each day. Actually I do this for all of my meals...my fridge is very full of Tupperware now haha. It REALLY helps though cause I don't have to think at all about food during the week. I just grab the containers and go. I eat 6oz of chicken and a whole cucumber every day for lunch.0

For non-meat protein, bring some cheese slices or cheese sticks, greek yogurt or almonds. I also keep some protein powder at work on days that I am really desperate for some extra protein, or am hungrier than normal. :-)0
