have I ruined it?

Today (day before my birthday) i got treated to 800 calories of chocolate and jelly beans which means I have consumed 1650 calories of food, will I have ruined my weeks strength training and need to go on a diet again or am I just worrying too much?x

Edit!! I do just think I'm worrying too much but hey I never have cheat meals!

    Yea.. food is awesome.. enjoy the bday and dont worry... strenght training burns cals anyway!

    I'm guessing that you didn't even come close to your maintenance level, so no worry needed.
