30 Day Shred

Hi everyone!

I am planning on starting the 30 Day Shred today. I have done it for 5 days before, but quite because I no motivation. Now that it is summer, I would like to lose some weight. I only want to lost about 13 pounds, or just tone up and lose fat.

Is anyone else doing it? I need some extreme help with staying motivated!

    I did like the first 5 minutes yesterday and I hurt. My arms from the push ups and weights hurt so bad! But it feels good! I plan on starting full out on Monday!(:

    I just started 3 days ago..might rest tomorrow..I've heard good reviews and seen alot of people have really good results! And I like it and can't wait for my own results:)

    I've been at it for about 25 days so far. But I do it twice a day 5 days a week. So far I've lost 1.5% body fat. I'm happy.
