Has anyone tried this? If so, what do you think? I've been doing low carb for a while now and its working for me, slowly, but its working. I've now started to exercise 6 days a week so thats helping but from what I understand from what I've seen of this book, you can eat all the things that we've been told to stay away from..........bread, pasta, ect........ I have a lot to loose, he said this is the diet he had Tony on from the Extreme Weight Loss Show and he lost a LOT. So just any ideas on this?

Well apparently no one knows anything about it. I am going to try and do a bit more research online and possibly buy the book. If I find anything out I will let you guys know.0

I have not heard of this myself. In cutting Carbs which carbs are you cutting? Slow carbs or fast carb?
Remember we need carbs for energy to burn fat.
Today has made me 3 mont on MFP and I have done lots of research via internet
When am bore after my evening workout. That I have actually armed myself with
Enough education about how weight loss works. So instead of me spending money
By things to teach you how to shoot your methabolism. I bought me a piece
Of home eqiipement to workout 2x a day and when am bored. I eat more veggies
And fruits. Drink lots of water and track my calorie. The weight loss market is
A money maker so instead of building it let's do whats right. Get a few friends that are like
Wise that we can encourage each other as we go along our journey. The weight
Didn't gainin one day so it won't lose all. One time! But by making a start we
Can finish with great end results!0 -
What I'm doing at the moment is I have cut out bread, pasta, potatoes, flour, rice, starched and most sugars. I have these things from time to time. I don't eat fruit as I'm insulin resistant and even though its natural sugars they don't react well in my body. According to this guy you have to "trick" your body and your metabolism, especially those with lots of weight to loose. You do a day of high carb, a day of low carb, and you get a cheat day. It's all geared towards keeping your metabolism going. I'm not sure if you ever watched Extreme Weight Loss but he said he put one of those guys on this particular diet and in a year (I think) he lost a crazy amount of weight.. I am aware that it won't be gone over night, i work out 60-90 minutes 6 days a week and he best money I ever spent was to join the Y. I am just looking at all the options and was curious if anyone had hears or tried this.0
