Hi everyone!
I have a pretty long work day - up at 530 am, out the door by 6, home from work around 8pm. Some days I do this 4 days a week, and usually only exercise on my days off. I really want to start working out, but I do not sleep if I do it after work. Need some motivation to wake up at 445-450 am for a workout! Id love to hear from anyone whos mastered this!
