I am on Week 5 of C25K and I have noticed that the longer I jog the hotter the balls of my feet get and it is uncomfortable. Does this happen to anyone else? If so how do you deal with it?

I used to!
Once I dropped a few pounds though it stopped happening.
I was just suffering through it. It mostly happened when I was getting to the end of my workout so I just pushed through it.0 -
It's friction from your shoes, tie them tighter or try getting better fitting ones. I usually get that when I sprint, it's not so bad when I jog. You can also prevent it with some performace athletic socks.0

I tied my shoes tighter and that seems to have helped. I am also going to look into some athletic socks. Thanks for your suggestions!0
