Tornado season is here and in effect. I live in Missouri, so this is a common phenomenon. So, what would you do if a natural disaster occurred and there was no electricity,no MFP, no cellphone usage or signal, no fresh foods available, no refrigeration, nada only prepackaged junk to munch on to get you through the days and you could not count your calories? Would we all just gain weight? What would you do and how would you prepare for a natural disaster that would have you away from what you are accustomed to eating for weeks, maybe months? Would you pull out a notebook and start adding calories manually?
